Start Settlers 3 ---> Click "Online Help" ---> Click the logo ---> click "The Basics" under "The Military" category ---> Scroll down to see all the spell descriptions.

Just as I thought. The Asian spells are worthless. :D I made this post because I kept using them and nothing seem to be happening. I thought I was doing something wrong. Nope, they are just stupid spells. :P
