i'v instalt my game form my old cd on win 7 with no problems but wen i start a game i dont see the buildings and units where can i fix that

I had the same problem when starting the game for the first time. Try this: Open a new map, for example the first tutorial map. Then go to "Settings", the button in the left upper corner. There should be an option to switch the "Object Engine" from Soft- to Hardware. This should fix the problem.

if i try to put "Object Engine Hardware" it jmups back to software and it does not change a thing

I'm having a similar issue with my settlers.... When i try to play on random maps, the map itself does not load and after 10seconds, i instant-lose (no buildings,no nothing on the map, just black).
