According to the manual:

"... there's more than one way to skin a cat! There are branches built into subsequent chapters, which can take you into completely different chapters, depending on how you finish the earlier ones."

Has this actually been implemented? I finished the campaign long ago but don't remember ever making a branching decision. It was just 10 straightforward missions.
