I am in Wati Corp trying to get past the patrolling robot on the 4th floor. I quickly discovered that taking cover behind the vending machines shielded me from the thing's scanners, but once I disengaged from the vending machine, the camera refused to appear behind me and acted like I was still taking cover. The camera only reverted once I had been spotted and shot. I tried merely standing behind the machines instead of taking cover, but for some insane reason, that doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong, or is this segment of the game just broken for me?

That's... pretty weird. Sounds like a problem on your end, as I didn't have any camera problems at that sequence. Hope someone else can help you fix it. :/

Managed to... well, not fix it, but bypass it. Turns out that disengaging from cover using the mouse caused the problem, but disengaging by pressing the W key didn't. Damned if I know why, though.

Well, weird issue but glad you got past it. It'd suck to be unable to progress because of a camera bug.
