It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I lose the right side of the screen. Just the bit to the right of the options menu. I can still mouse over things on that side, but it is rather annoying. Plus, it makes the menus and chapter bumps look off-center.
Playing on XP with an nVidia card, if that helps. Have not experienced any of the freezing or crashing mentioned elsewhere; the resolution just seems off a smidge.

As your using an nvidia card you may need to install older drivers to play this game. On the games page it states
"Compatibility notice: The game may require installing an earlier (below 190.xx) driver version on NVidia graphics cards."

Okay; the driver version listed in my System Information does not even match the numbering scheme in that note.
Adapter Description: NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS
Installed Drivers: nv4_disp.dll
Driver Version: 6.14.11.6921
The game looks fine. There are no graphical distortions of any kind. The full-screen resolution just doesn't seem to fit on my screen.
EDIT: I am of low brain. It is the only reason that could explain how I managed to miss the fact that there's a button on my monitor labeled "Auto-Adjust."
