RS 656,19 (118,75 US dollars in today's currency) without discount? What the hell? Did they forget regional pricing should be a thing?

Not just Brazil, here in Europe they're trying to scam us (sorry, I can't call it anything else) 40€ for a freaking set of consumable items. For reference, the base game itself costs 60€!
Someone at NISA has gone completely insane if they believe we're going to pay 2/3 of a full game for a bunch of in-game items.
