I believe it was the premium cosmetic items that were free for the first week + a mini artbook and soundtrack sampler

Are the cosmetic items still available? The answer to that is yes.

Are they still available for free like they were with the Launch Week Only Edition? The answer to that is no. Now they cost extra money to buy. The Launch Week Only Edition deal was only valid until March 30th.

Although GOG still does offer some cosmetics for free right now, they don't include the "Premium Cosmetic Set" which was part of the Launch Week Only Edition.
