I have this problem with fullscreen mode as well. It's caused by the rendering of the game on a widescreen display which stretches the X axis. Is there a setting to make the game extend to the top and bottom of the screen in windowed mode or fullscreen mode with black bars on the left and right? I tried setting fullresolution to fixed but all that did was use the size of the windowed mode with black bars all around the edges of the game.

It probably depends on your graphics card. Mine does it automatically, but it might be a display setting if you know where to find that sort of stuff. No idea if DosBox has a built in function for it.
Several Dosbox games have this problem; I have a Logitech G9x mouse and solved the problem by opening Logitech SetPoint -> G9x -> Pointer, then unchecking "Use OS native drivers for pointer speed and acceleration".
I managed to fix it on my Windows 7 machine by doing two things.

First, going into mouse settings in Windows and disabling "enhance pointer precision".

Secondly, going into the "dosboxTLE.conf" file in the game's directory and setting "autolock=false" (line 29 for me).

Thank you so much! This did it for me! Unfortunately it doesn't work in fullscreen mode though, so I still need a solution for that.

Was worried I wouldn't be able to play this game, as the mouse bug is extremely distracting.
