Essentially, I do exactly as instructed but the tutorial won't move on to the next step.

Paraphrasing the specific spot:

"Building Plans and Improvements"

"Find at least one improvement you want to make. Click the button at the bottom to be informed of the effects of all improvements."

I do exactly that and nothing happens. If I exit the improvement screen I get the instructions again. I've tried guessing what the tutorial wants to no avail.

Ignore my original question. I sorted it out. It was too obvious for me to get. hehehe
