I built a new house and sold the old one, but F3 now gets me nowhere.
Moreover, The computer tells me there are property sales and land lease, but even if I have enough money, I'm rarely invited to the sale. Why is that ?

I'm at work so I can't quite go in to re-check this stuff personally, but if you hit F12 a big list of shortcuts to locations pops up. If you want to reconfigure an F1-11 key to your new house's study, just go to the study, press F12 to bring up the location list, click on the F3 slot to highlight it, then hit the Configure button at the bottom of the menu.
For leases to mines and other resource sites, they announce auctions a year in advance. If you don't have enough cash, they won't let you participate. As for the regular for-sale buildings, you can find a list of them in the city hall, or just by looking around outside for buildings with a spinning coin icon above them, at which point all you have to do is click on them, go to the info button and buy them from there.
Hopefully this is helpful enough, I wasn't able to go ingame to verify but I've played like a ton of this.
