My PC has rebooted every time Napoleon enters the scene. It gets a couple lines of dialog in at the chessboard, then reboots. I have tried lowering video settings, although it runs fine otherwise on a system with 16 gig ram, AMD 1700X and a GTX 1080.
Finally deleted the save, going to try another start.

I have the same problem.

I just reloaded the game and it continued on from where the cut scene crashed. Hope this works for you too.

Nope, tried a new start today and it reboots in the exact same spot.
