So I am doing the quest Vengard dresses, I was at the step where I was following Arwid after I obtained to potion (mix?) for the armors, the problem is, while I was following him, a NPC intrerrupted me and started talking. Now, I cannot find Arwid anywhere, do you know where is he supposed to go ?

Nevermind, found Arwid in front of Dark Mysteries in the Harbor
