I love Chaos Engine from back in the day, but I detest the overly bright garish colours used in the Amiga AGA version and this release as well. From those who have this game, are the game files in any shape to allow for modifications? I'm hoping for the ability to replace graphics and possibly audio.

The files are in plain PNG format. World1.png, for instance, contains all the tiles for world 1. I've not tried changing anything, but presumably you just need to switch them out with the Amiga 500 tiles.
