Can't buy wine to access wine cellar.

I'm at level 9... at the correct tavern... on "Rakier".... spelling?? Street, way over on the right side, bottom of the map.

But, no matter the character I use.. there is no option to even "buy wine"... never mind being told to get it myself.

Ale, Mead, foul stuff.... and so on.. but no wine.

What am I missing.

I've already gotten the message to go let my Bard, get his "goes down smoothly" at the tavern.

Have I missed a "trigger" for the innkeeper to offer the wine option??

Is my level too low so the game won't offer the option till I get to a higher level..

Bards Tale 1, right?

Ive got only the information: "Go to Rakhir Street to the The Scarlet Bard and order wine"
and this works fine for me.

I appreciate the reply but the issue is... there's no option to purchase wine. Bought everything listed, just to see if trying all the drinks might trigger the option.

It's The Bard's Tale, trilogy.

I'm in the right place. And, using my Bard to speak to the bartender.

The problem is.... there is no option for wine.... Nothing to select... have paid to talk to him, hoping to provoke the option.. have killed the Golem statue and Googled for a solution.

What do I do now... how do I progress without the "get the wine yourself"... when the option to buy it doesn't even appear??
