claw311: I have the same problem, the files come up corrupted but I don't think it is my ram because I am able to download large files from other websites

raedotted: Same here... I contacted support and they didn't respond. I've searched all over the net looking for a solution.
In general, redownloading fixes the problem, though if you've tried a few times without luck you can always submit a friendly reminder ticket to support.
