is everything needed to solve the Gorilla puzzle inside Cal Davis lab?

and btw other question - the bounty hunting places, once you've completed them, disappear... do they ever reappear or i just have this fixed amount of money i can earn through bounty hunting?

EDIT: ok, the chimp thing solved. The second question remains though, although it seems the right answer is they do not reappear, haven't spotted the black landing pads for long time.
