Unkalibriert: Look at the attached image, there are 12 Life Fruits and 2 Plantera's Bulb sitting in your Jungle at present.
I've highlighted them using TerraMap.
You will likely have less of these because one half of your Jungle got transformed on entering hardmode. Did you use the clementinator to switch the crimson stripe into hallow? Looks like that to me. That was bad luck there.
And to help the Bulbs with spawning I'd recommend to flatten the jungle surfaces, as the bulb needs two tiles of flat surface to spawn.

On another note, I could transform your hallowed Jungle back into a pure Jungle and upload that file - that should help finding what you want. I think I will do that now.
Edit: There you go, I hope I didn't brake anything. Rename the file just in case before you copy it into your folder, or create a backup of you world.

I admit I would never find the bulbs if it were not for you.
Doesn't the bulbs spawn on Hallow Jungle? I was afraid it could be one of the reasons, but I never found anything on the net on the subject.
Unfortunately the Crimson had already eaten 1/4 of my jungle so I was forced to use the Clentaminator to wipe the Crimson :(
