I've got the game working but I don't have any mouse support. I've gone in to the options and configured the controls and upped the sensitivity but it hasn't helped at all.

Is there some trick to getting the game to register mouse input?

should register in dosbox and in menu under options > control options > you sure you got mouse selected as controller?
