I am playing with a laptop and using the mouse pad, and if I the use mouse pad to scroll anything that can be scrolled (item boxes, long texts, menus) the scrolling effect gets stuck. That is, if I scroll down, it goes down and stays there, dragging the scroll bar higher works, but if I release the scroll bar it goes back to bottom.

On character creation this makes selecting any skills from the middle of anything scrollable impossible.

Tried installing Circle of Eight mod, hoping that maybe it would fix that issue, but nope, still bugged.

Anyone else suffering from this?

I'd ask the Temple Plus devs. You are using Co8 and playing via T+ aren't you?

Hadn't herd of Temple Plus before, just tried playing vanilla game and when I ran into that issue I installed Co8. Maybe I should install that T+ too and start again.
