I am new to crafting in toee so please forgive me if my question is a very basic one. Been trying and wonder
1) Why am I allowed to add +1 and +2, click the right arrow, and then +3 is grayed out?
2) When I take a masterwork greatsword with no enchantment, if I add the +1 and +2 to the right side box, then down below both Holy and Axiomatic are white. But if I add one to the right the other turns red and I can't add it. Is it possible to craft a +3 Holy Axiomatic weapon?

My arms & armor crafter is lvl 7. Is that the issue?

You're not a high enough level. You must be level 9 to craft a +3 weapon.

When you're 9th level, you should be able to. Holy requires level 7, Axiomatic requires level 7, and +3 enhancement requires level 9; the highest of the prerequisites applies to the completed weapon, so you should be able to create it at the 9th level.

Mind you, a +3 holy axiomatic weapon will cost a whopping 49,000 GP to create!

Thanks for the info. I'm going to have to decide if it's unrealistic and go with what I have for now, esp bcuz I want to enchant a halberd for my other fighter the same way. :)
Yes I heart overkill. I oughta get a t-shirt with that.

Is it possible to enchant the same item twice? What if I add Holy and Axiomatic now, and the +3 later?

Yes, you can upgrade weapons with existing enchantments. I did this to some magic items I found in the dungeons.
