Just caught up with this game and have been reading through a few things here regarding the Co8 Mod Patch.

Have a couple of questions with this.

Install both the game and the patch into the same folder other than Program files or Program (86)

Or does the patch install go into the games folder itself ?

The Co8 mod adds and overwrites files inside the game installation folder. It can't be installed as a standalone in it's own folder. Full installation instructions are here.

Thank you, I went for the just the Mod version first as is suggested by some others here.

Installed the mod only version and it does not work, see other post.

Installing where the GOG installer wanted to install it was the problem.
