Sorry, should have marked this as a question/problem.

I have installed the game and have installed and activated the Co8 Mod Pack only, all went OK.

When I try to play the game with the Mod pack activated I get no tutorial option and the game locks up at the Options screen.

I have installed the game and have installed and activated the Co8 Mod Pack NC version, all went OK.

When I play with the Mod activated I get no Tutorial mode option, but the game does not lock up.

is the the game really that bad it is not worth playing without the Co8 patch.

SOLVED : After many deletes and installs, found out from reading all through the posts here and elswhere that it is best to install out of the program or program (x86) Areas.
