Hi all,

Just downloaded Toee and created my party. Just wondering, what does everyone usually buy when the game first starts at the shop with the Circle of Eight mod? This has rendered me indecisive so I am looking for some tips and hints.

First blunder for me, buying a shortbow and realising I had the wrong ammo. I am not sure my wizard has any spells either. Do I have to buy the scrolls first? Completely clueless on this. :)

When you make a wizard you have to pick the spells, when you want to memorise them you do it through the inventory (or character sheet, I can't remember which)

As for weapons, I sort of lost track of my money and ended up getting only armour and a sword for each fighter & cleric, armour & sword for my thief, a dress, a stick, sling and 100 bullets for my mage (3cp each for a PEBBLE? Talk about a ripoff). I also got a healing potion for everyone and then I realised I was broke
