About the CSA Sheriff's Department.
We're a clan originating from a game called APB: Reloaded, and now we're looking to expand our horizons. We have a lot of experience in roleplaying and would like to try something similar in SWAT 4. A lot of us have played the game extensively, but only casually, and would now like to start going more serious, which is why we're looking for other - likeminded- people.

So what does this mean?

We will play the game in an organized and structured manner, all following our tactics and rules of engagement. New members will be trained in these, of course. During operations members will have assigned roles (such as Assaulter or Breacher) which will change how they play and what purpose they serve in the team. The basic roles all members have access to is Assaulter, however further ones will have to be certified after shorter voluntary training courses. A full list of roles can be found below. We will also be employing a rank structure which affects rights to certain roles, etc. The ranks can also be found below.

Roles:
Assaulter - The basic SWAT team member whose main purpose is to lead the way into rooms and take suspects down.
Team Leader - Equipped similarly to the Assaulter, the Team Leader has the responsibility to make decisions and order the team in order to complete the mission.
Grenadier - Equipped with a grenade launcher and an extensive array of non-lethal grenades, it is the Grenadier's job to deploy grenades and other distractionary devices into rooms prior to breaching. The Grenadier is also responsible for other utilities such as deploying door wedges and defusing explosive devices.
LTL - The less than lethal specialist is equipped with either a less-lethal beanbag shotgun or the pepperball gun. It's the LTL specialist's role to take down unwilling civilians, or in coordinated efforts certain suspects where it can be considered safe.
Breacher - The breacher comes equipped with a shotgun as his primary weapon and is, as the name entails, responsible for breaching doors either when they're locked or when the TL makes a decision about it. The breacher is also the so called rear guard and makes sure that no one can attack the team from behind.

Ranks:
Probationary operator: This is where you'll start out. This rank is only held for a couple of days and is to make sure that we deem you to fit into the team. Here you'll only have access to the Assaulter role.
Operator: The standard, fully pledged, team member. Operators are able to certify as Grenadier, LTL and Breacher.
Senior operator: For the longer serving and more trusted members of the team. Senior operators can certify for all of the roles of the Operator plus for Team Lead.
Staff member: The supervisory team (i.e. us), tasked with moderating and leading the team. Required to be certified for all roles.

Requirements:
*Have Teamspeak 3 (or get it).
*Speak English.
*Have SWAT 4 - The Stechkov Syndicate.
*Have, or be willing to get, the virtual LAN software Tunngle.
Something else worth noting (however not a requirement) is that most of us are based in Europe, and so we'll be playing based on a European time schedule. However it should be fairly easy to match with other timezones as we'll play during the evenings on weekends which for example America should be in the afternoon.

So how do I join?
