Hello!

I have added -console to the command line and, when I'm in a mission, I digit SHIFT + ~ but the console didn't open.

Do you have a solution please?

Don't know why you are having trouble. I don't have to even type -console to get it to open. Once I am in the 3D part of the game the SHIFT ~ keys work for me.

Edit: Are you full screen (like me) when you run the game? If not, try going full screen. If you are full screen then try it in window mode.
