For some reason SWAT 3 is running at a very inconsistent framerate, changing the graphics settings doesn't seem to work, so i suspect it might be either an OS or Hardware incompatibility, does somebody know a fix?


also here are my specs just in case anyone asks

Core i7 3770k
16 Gb DDR3 Ram
AMD Radeon RX 480 8 Gb

Download dgVoodoo 2 and extract D3DImm.dll and DDraw.dll to the game's folder.
