Once again the game is on sale. Very nice. But once again I find myself confused. Between the different editions of the game and a season pass PLUS a long list of DLC, it's just not clear what Im getting for my money.

So I'll wait for an "Ultimate" edition or somesuch once season passes are gone and I can buy the FULL game in one go, and have a look at what it'll end up costing me.

Remember the good ol' days where a game would release with a set price and you payed for large expansion packs? What was wrong with that?? Apart from making it so messy to buy games you can't tell what you acturally end up buying.

Have a look at the text for the different editions. Theres no clear explaination of what you acturally buy.

Anyway. Game looks nice, but no thanks. Not yet.

After looking at gog's offer: Get the First Colony Edition. It has has the highest discount and includes everything besides the Mysteries Resupply Pack (free download) and the Stellaris Dome Set.
