Just wondering if we coud get a recommended spec. My GF has a laptop that meets the minimum requirements (4gb ram, haswell mobille i5, intel hd 4400). Game runs at about 18fps at 1080p, 24fps 1600x900, and 30fps at 1440x900 and lower.

I'd be ok buying a new laptop, but unless you drop a ton of money intel hd 620 is as good as it gets. It'd be nice to know if this meets the recommended configuration.
