Is there anyplace to get a PDF of the Handbook in English?

There's two available in the download, one in german and one in english. Unless I'm mistaken the Handbach is the manual in german and not something else.

It's called "Handbuch" in german, a straight translation from the english "handbook". Unless you want to call it "Anleitung"/"instruction(s)". And this concludes todays language trivia lesson. ;-)
