I love my Stronghold 1 and Crusader 1, but everything else in the series seems to have been mediocre at best. I did notice, however, that Crusader 2 got reasonable support since launch, so I was wondering is it an improved product compared to the launch reactions?

I ask as someone who's played RTS for 20 years, but only enjoys well-crafted, immersive and fulfilling titles (be it from big-name studios like Westwood/EALA/Ensemble/Blizzard or obscure ones like Ellipse Studios).
