Hi,
I am not very good with computers and hope someone might give me some advice.
I am assuming that this is a generic question for all GOG games but, as for me it initally affects Stronghold, I am asking in this particular section.
Stronghold comes with Excalibur and Super Castle Attack plus I have downloaded the LOTR mod
I assume that these extras do not automatically install to Stronghold in the GOG version which has its own GOG folder
However, I am not sure how to tell them where to install or how I do that.
Assuming I am asked to choose a different location during the install process do I just direct them to the main GOG / Stronghold folder or do I need to be more specific and direct them to sub-folders?
Am I correct in assuming the path should be c/program files/gog/stronghold ?
Simple question I know but I'm afraid that I'm pretty dumb with computers
Your assistance is appreciated
Thank you
Don

According to the manual for the LOTR mod, you should indeed install it to the game folder, in this case c:\program files\gog\stronghold.
Update - Excalibur installs automatically into the correct GOG folder but, Super Castle Attack seems to want to create it's own folder {C:\Program Files\Super Castle Attack} so not sure if that will work or if I should redirect it into the GOG file, haven't done anything with LOTR yet

The LOTR mod should be straigh forward, just point it to the game folder.
As for castle attack, there's what it looks like a standalone demo of it on the net, so maybe it's a standalone extension that doesn't need to be installed into the game folder.
Let it install where it wants and then try to fire it up to see it it works that way. If not, you can always unisntall it and then re-install it pointing it to the game folder.
Edit: The game card says Super Castle Attack is a mini game, so most likely it doesn't have to go into Stronghold's game folder.
