I recently purchased a Humble Bundle which allowed me to install Stellaris in Steam. I see GOG has a great sale on all of the DLCs, and I was wondering, would I be able to import/use them with Stellaris as it is in Steam now?

no its not possible... the gog & steam vesions of the game are different
