After i assigned my points i am unable to enter a name and thus progress to the game itself.
I can still change out my points , so this might be a gamebreaking bug atm.

Please help.
This is usually related to antivirus blocking the required game DLL's. Make sure to exclude the entire game folder from your AV software and malware after scanning the folder.

Also, make sure to run the game as an administrator. Let me know if that helps.

Thank you so much for such a swift response.
I had considered this when i saw it in the faq, but it didnt seem to be exactly that issue as it would have been before chargen.
I did finally find out it was due to me not seeing where to enter the character name, it seemed more like it was below and not above the character portrait.

I did change name there and played.
As to the games tutorial i must say that it was annoying how slow the camera moved , and that there was no run faster option wheni was backtracking . I might have overlooked it however.

Happy new Year mate
Try uncapping the frame rate in the games video options menu. It tends to make a difference depending on your system's configuration and GPU.

Also, if you are running on a laptop, make sure in your GPU driver config, the game GPU is selected for OpenGL (AMD/NVidia) instead of the default Intel.

And happy New Year to you too!
