Installed the game via Gog Galaxy (most recent update) today, and cannot even get past the initial setup for a new game. I'm trying to select options in the settings and the cursor lags behind my movements so severely I cannot even scroll down to see what's available in the graphics settings. This game is entirely unplayable like this.

Does anyone know of a way to edit the settings for the game outside of the game itself, or at least speed it up after launching via Gog Galaxy that it's actually playable?

Maybe is your computer? I have i3 8350, 16GB Ram and RTX2060 and game runs great.
