I have downloaded combined bonus pack and found the manual in the 98 version and also found the reference card in the '93 version but cannot find the strategy guide. Any ideas?

Should be in the same folder where you saved the other items. If not just download it again from GoG

I can't find it either.

None of the .pdf files show the strategy guide. I've looked in both the DOS install (1993) and the Win95 install (1995).

These missions are brutal. Some of them are very specific and without the strat guide you will get a lot of failed missions.

gog into your GOG.com library and under the 1998 versions you should see the Strategy Guide. It does not get installed onto your PC.
