I was reading through the manual and noticed that Rogue Sqaudron comes from the late space sim era of PC Gaming and all the default joystick binds assume flightsticks. That's cool but they're really not appropriate for modern dual-analog style gamepads.

Since there is no official config for this style of controller I thought it might be nice if we could share binds with each other. :)

I use a dual shock 2 controller with USB adapter. Here's what I came up with after much trial and error (see attached pictures).

* The basic idea with these binds is to be able to steer, fire weapons, adjust speed, special actions, and to roll or left/ right air brake at the same time without moving any fingers.

* I couldn't come up with a good setup that worked well for Xwing/ Ywing/ Awing and Air speeders so I have two different configs that can be switched as needed. Xwing/ Ywing/ Awing have a useful roll capability that can be used for lining up your guns while airspeeders have left/ right air brakes that are crucial for tripping AT-ATs.

* thrust/ brake on the right stick gives you some analogue speed control. It's a little strange, but seems to work well.

* Sometimes, when missions start up your fighter will fly out of the camera as soon as you get control. Hit a camera control like "F1" to put your camera behind you for the remainder of the mission.
