So I have switched to the highest resolution posible, and so far everything works... except the cutscenes where they do a zoom around the map. For some reason only the cutscenes are shrunken down. I'm not quite sure whats causing this. Does anyone perhaps know what may be causing this issue and how to fix this? This is the only problem I've found and I would love to get this fixed. The cutscene videos are in low resolution. So if they appears small on your screen is because they are being played at its native resolution, without scaling.

The solution is to activate scaling on your graphic cards settings.

I have turned on scaling on my GPU and scaling is working fine with other games. Unfortunately the movies still don't scale for me.
