When I set the game to windowed mode and give it my monitor's resolution (2560x1440), the game will create a window that is slightly larger then that.
As a result, the bottom and right parts of the window, and as such the UI, get cut off.

It's only about half a centimeter, but still noticeable.

Is there any way to fix this?

I'd set it to a lower resolution, but I can't center the window even in windowed mode and playing the game in the upper left corner of my monitor just feels weird.
