Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2

The game is part of 30 day money back rule but I cannot seem to access support like the other games.
Just keeps going in circles

Long story short, I want a refund because I cant get it to work, tried most things :(

Please help

Just had a look into this and yes, the GOG support site is messed up for this game. You click on the link for Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2 - Base Game in the Support section of the site and it has the following URL:

http://www.gog.com/support/star_wars_republic_commando_copy3

Clearly the wrong game, looking at the link. >_< And worse than that, as it doesn't exist it redirects back the start page of the Support site.

The link should be: http://www.gog.com/support/star_wars_jedi_knight_dark_forces_ii
