Okay so is there a way increase the volume for voices and reduce the volume for cinematic's. The game has a problem with it. So if anyone could help please do.

For some reason, the voice volume slider doesn't work. The voice volume is tied to the effects volume. Move the effects slider to the right and you raise both the voice and effects volume.

I managed to get a decent balance between the various sound sources by setting the effects volume to about three quarters and the music volume to about one quarter. This way, I find that the sound of the FMVs isn't out of whack with that of the game and the cutscenes.
