edit "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Star Control\dosboxSC1_single.conf"

Use switch, /S:adlib
For example, starcon.exe /S:adlib

************To make the video full screen and not suck**************

open "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Star Control\Dosbox Configurator.lnk"

Basic Settings:
- Graphic Mode, DDraw
- Select Full Screen

Advanced Settings:
- Select, Keep Aspect Ratio
- Scaling Engine, hq3x
- Windows Resolution, 1680×1050 - If your monitor is different be sure to use its resolution
