Hey, just installed STALKER-SoC and I tweaked the settings a bit since my laptop here is about 7 yrs old lol. Too bad there's not an option to turn of bobbing movement... Anyways, I get a decent framerate with the way I have it set up, but whenever I move the mouse in any direction, the screen stutters. A lot. Like the character I'm controlling has drank about a gallon and a half of coffee. The game is virtually unplayable as things are right now.

I do have an older video card. ATI Radeon Mobility HD 3000 series. Drivers are current, so I'm thinking possibly a rollback might help? Also I have a really old USB laser mouse. It works fine in any other FPS I've played though.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance :)

Just for your information there is a way to turn off head bobbing. Look at the link. Very easy fix. As for your vid card, not sure about that.

Thanks! I think the stuttering might be caused by the mouse I'm using. I haven't tried my wireless mouse yet to see if it gives a better look movement. Interesting info on that page.
You're welcome. I haven't played for a while or I could tell you exactly the head bob fix. I know it is in the ltx file and you just have to change the values to 0.0 to completely shut off head bobbing. Hope this helps,
