Hello everyone,
So after all the update fixing all of my save files got corrupted and I had to start all over (meh).
Either way I'm currently at the above quest and this time I decided to take out Roosevelt, did so, got his PDA but when I return to Waran he doesn't accept the PDA. He acts as if I didn't even start the quest. Now this didn't happen way back when (Killed the Shah back then) so I wonder is anybody else experiencing this?
Do I have to kill the Shah as well just to be sure or do I have to trigger something somewhere else?

So the weirdest thing happened, I did some sidequest for barkeep in the red forest and suddenly the quest where you have to hand over the PDA was automatically marked as successful... however when I did the business and came back Waran still wouldn't talk to me. I resided with the simple solution and killed him and his men which let me advance in the story.
Still a weird bug tbh
