I presume this as an antivirus problem. The software blocks access to the folders that are used to save the game. Try to disable your antivirus temporarily to check if this is the case. If you're using Windows Defender you might try these steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4046851/windows-10-allow-blocked-app-windows-security.
Fixed it! I just need to create missing folders, and manipulate fsgame.itx and it works perfectly
Can you tell me exactly what you did?

i have the same problem

If you want to attract someone's attention, you should reply like I am doing now or they will probably never see your post unless they have stickied the thread which is highly unlikely as they solved their problem.

In other words: Hover over the post by ThePixeli and click on the ◄--Reply button that becomes visible then.

This might help: SoC Troubleshooting FAQ. It discusses how fsgame.ltx is set to use which folder for user files, and how you can change it to suit your PC.

It isn't always a security problem. This old game may only be setting the folders correctly for Windows XP.
