Hello everyone,

I was hoping to ask for advice in one of the missions mentioned in the topic. It's the one where you gather the orc's trust pretty early in the game. If I could describe this mission in one word, it would be: CHAOS. Now I looked up the past changelogs and this mission was balanced a few times. I also tried to search for a tipp or two on this mission and the only one that worked was: as soon as you get your base, rush with everything you have to the main building and destroy it. That cancels the others stepps (gathering the trust of the other orc cheftains) and another quest.

I'm just a casuall RTS player and I do enjoy the game very much even if I play it on easy. Anyway I was hoping that someone could break down this mission for me and could provide with some tipps on how to do the other quest in the meantime without being overwhelmed in a couple of minutes, because after a short while it get's insane.

This specific mission is perhaps overtuned and I've talked to other people about it who agree. However, it is possible even on the highest difficulty without cheese, if a bit tedious. Concentrate on getting and upgrading sectors, building resource buildings everywhere and try to get iron units. I managed to do it with mostly tier 1 units, but I don't recommend it. Insane micro isn't needed, I suck at RTSes that aren't WC3 but still did it. It would obviously help, but it's not 100% necessary. It also kinda depends on your heroes. Heroes with AoE abilities are very useful on this mission because goblins have low hp and are easily mowed down by the dozen with them.
