I wanted to start the tutorial but in the loading screen at the poit "Galaxy Creation" it doesnt go further even after 20 minutes waiting. Anyone has a solution for that?

My PC specs are:

Switch the memory size to "Safe". The program was not meant for memory sizes above 3GB.

Yeah, I imagine if your graphics card is beefy enough and/or other factors it might not take either.

You said you had to change the graphics driver, did you set it to HAL or REF?

Well i just switched to my second(3 years newer, also win 10) PC and guess what...
I installed it there, started the game and there is no single issue, I even didnt change anything in the setup and it runs with good FPS and no other issuses.

Yes indeed, now it makes so much more fun to play!

I wish that I had known about this game earlier.

You know the browsergames space pioneers oder Ogame?

I played them for years and this is imo very close to them, also i like the turn based playstyle that you can play stressless.

No, I was more about the matter of PBEM type turn games, such as Stars!, or Sean O Connor's Critical Mass (back when it was 2D).

hh ok, didnt know one of them, but Stars! sounds very similiar to Space Empires!

I have another (maybe a dump) question about SE 5.
Every time when I attack an opponent on a planet, I cant move my ships anymore its always says 0/0 move points, even if i dont less any ship. All seems to have still supply left.
