Im not the developer, nor the mod maker. All I did was a little research into getting the game to function better. In my search, I found this guys website. He seems to get the game to be more balanced. Use it or not.

He has a detail of whats going on with his changes. Go read it for yourself. One more thing, the current BETA 1.25 build runs fine. It just lacks a few more details, but does not break anything.
