Hello all,
I have been trying to find a way to refuel ships at a space station and from another ship. The rule says you can do this by shifting supplies out of cargo to another ship in same hex. This makes no sense. Supplies and cargo are two different components; you cannot store supplies in cargo.
Is there a way to refuel ships except at a base with a refueling facility?
