There exists a serious bug/exploit in the game. When you have both training pod and training library available, you can send whomever you want to pod, then when pod finishes, immediately send him to library. he will continue training same skill as in pod. Except, if you cancel the training bench, you get 1 training program back. This can be repeated indefinitely.
