I know this is a reccuring problem, but none of the solutions worked for me. I capped the fps within the game using the frame delay command (even down to 10 FPS) at it did not solve the issue. I capped the FPS using the NVidia Control Panel at it still persists.

I'm playing on SOF PLUS. Anyone has any guess as to what may be the cause apart from the frames?
